2008 Rental Rates
Base
Rental Rate = $250 per night
►Two night minimum stay is required.
►Rates are per night based on two adults.
►Add $25 per night for each additional person (age 12
and over).
►An additional 11% tax is required (State tax =
6%; County innkeeper tax = 5%).
Reservations
Reservations are made by calling toll-free
1-877-502-1218. A visa card or master card is required to make a
reservation.
Cancellation Policy
There is a $25 fee to cancel a reservation. If a
reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date, then
you will be billed for the first night’s stay. If a reservation is
cancelled within 5 days of the scheduled check-in date, then you will be billed
for the full amount of the stay. No-shows will be billed for the full amount of
their reservation without refund.
Damage Policy
You will be liable for any damage that occurs
during your stay! This policy does not include normal wear & tear
items, but you will be held responsible for any breakage, theft, vandalism, or
general abuse/neglect. Any extraordinary cleaning fees will also be passed
on to you. These events are rare, but unfortunately they do
occur. Therefore, it's necessary for us to maintain and enforce this
policy.
Pets & Smoking
Pets and smoking are NOT permitted inside the
cabin.
Fireplace & Firewood
The fireplace and a limited amount of firewood
will be available October through March. The fireplace will not be available
for use during the April through September period. Outside fires are strictly
prohibited due to the wooded setting and log home.
Exterior Rules
1) No campfires. 2) No hunting or shooting. 3)
No four-wheelers or driving in our yard.

Check-in = 3:00 PM
Check-out = 11:00 AM
